I stayed for 2 nights in the different rooms. The first one, in the third floor, the bathroom door was broken, so I couldn't lock it and the cold air from the room came from the hole into the bathroom & of course it felt colder than the water itself (it's a non hot water service), we got breakfast, the WiFi was different for every floor. The second night, we came at 7 pm to check in, but they delayed it to 8 pm & told that the system broke & they couldn't do the book so we had to wait about 1 hour while looking for dinner. The room was better than the first one & the toilet's also cleaner.
