If you want to do a health test to complete the requirements for extending a driver's license (SIM), you do not need to take the queue number at Counter I, please go directly to Counter II. At Counter II, you will get a paper to fill in with your personal data. If the data has been filled in then you will be directed to queue at the public poly. Good luck.
