Uji Trekking

i would HIGHLY advise noone to book through this company. for starters the number you find on google is not even their number. i was trying to contact them all day via email whatsapp and phone and was recieving no response THE DAY BEFORE THE TREK. the 'owner' calls me from another comapny apparently and says he lost his phone and thats why he was not responding and then says he forgot to change his number on google. i cancelled my reservation through a travel website which charged me a 100% cancellation fee in hopes that i could dispute the charges through my credit card company. absolute nightmare of a situation and company. i would urge anybody to not do business with them. lost out on 230$ and will be unable to do the rinjani trek now

We did 3 days 2 nights Trek to mount rinjani when we in Lombok , this had to be my favorites adventure.We did the longer trek through the Sembalun village about 7 to 8 hours in total to campsite ( sembalun crater rim).I loved my tour guide provided by Haris Rinjani, he was so kind and professional.He taught us a lot about volcano, eruption and Lombok culture.Next year visit Lombok again we are definitely going to trek with this company again.Personally highly recommend choosing this company, you won't regret it for sure!nnThe hike itself was relatively difficult and challenging, it gets a steep and rocky before the summit, when you're trying to trek uphill you have to push your adrenaline, believe that most people doing if you will be a champion.
