Staff are disorganized, security does not stand up to assist you. Registered and waited for 2 hours for docter who wasn't even in the Building, the first 45mins is because after i see the registering staff playing around and joking around, my form was told to be left on the counter and they had forgotten to look at it and just smiled with an apology.nnI have never seen such racisim as staff are kind and soft spoken to foreigners but to locals they are rude and blatantly shout at them at the very least it should be the other way around or preferably equal.nnWaiting Area reaks of toilet fecies urine, i didnt have the courage to actually go inside.nnOverall it is a shock that a hospital of this caliber has standards equivalent to a home practice, if they plan to cater to the premium class they are in trouble.

When we arrived my boyfriend was very ill, we assumed it to just be dehydration. Decided to seek medical help and glad we had this hospital close by. English was ok, not great but they were very helpful and able to help us! Compared to the USA the price for care was phenomenal! The doctor was super knowledgeable and treated for E. coli and Salmonella which we would have never thought was causing the problems. The nurses were tentative and friendly too as well as the administrative staff! They kept us up to date with the price of the visit as we went.

Hadnna fall on the beach and by evening time couldn't walk. The hospital was very clean and competent informing me of the prices of xrays etc.. The orthepic Doctor spoke good English as did most of the other staff I had to stay overnight the room was lovelypeaceful

I got a second degree sunburn and they managed it very well. The service was fast and with quality. I did not wait more than 2 hours for the full service, price maybe are expensive for local people but for foreigners it's more than fair. They spoke English and were kind.

If you said that the service is bad, please looking for other hospital which is more complete or more qualified in Labuan Bajo than Siloam Labuan Bajo.nnIf you want to get better hospital ini other area, please, if you fit to fly with your medical condition.nnIf you said that the service is really different with the article in google, hello,, everybody can make many kind of articles. Could you please compare the service, procedure and medicine with medical journal? (If you understand to read any journal).nnI think the employee are working as good as they can.maybe they just lack of the number of staff. Sometimes i feel pitty to see them working so hard. If you don't understand about something, try to asking politely, they Will inform you everything.nnSorry for my English ud83dude01
