This hotel still the awesome one, despite the age. Old but Gold, I have a wonderful stay here. The food are so tasty as usual. Check-in process was free hassle, safety and security become a must in here that makes me feel even more save. And also the staff were super friendly, the managers also fully polite even with the first-time visitor guest like me. Guess I will stay here again for my next visit.

Back here again during the pandemi. Fast check-in process complete with the warm smile from the reception. The room was labeled with sanitized mark sticker which is a good standard for an international chain hotel. And the buffet breakfast finally served again, so happy to know that. Had a chance to try the szechuan prawn and it was fantastic for the taste worth the price. Never disappoint staying in here. Keep up the good work.

Great place to stay.nA bit vintage, but properly maintained.nAir conditioner a bit need of maintenance. Since manado is hot.
