Was quoted $50 on the phone, once the job was complete which was 5 minutes and consisted of drilling one hole and smashing the safe door off I was told the price was $200, I stated what was said on the phone. A simple safe open was meant to be $50. I don't think it gets more simple than drilling a hole and smashing it open. They back stepped fast down to $150 which I reluctantly accepted. I feel if a business needs the money so bad as to blatantly over charge me and sacrifice a customer forever then let them have it. The guy who dealt with me originally there and on the phone was good and provided good customer service. He was not the problem.

Quick, friendly and super professional service when I was locked out. Made a difficult situation much easier! Not too expensive either - would definitely recommend.

Riley came and re-fitted the deadlock off my old front door onto a new one I had hung . He was bang on time and knew the job and the products in side out .The cost was very reasonable and in fact $100 less than I had been charged a couple of months earlier by a different company to fit a new door handle and mortice to the bathroom .nI will use these guys again and would not hesitate to recommend them their work is thorough and very professional

I would 100% recommend ASAP locksmith to anyone, especially Ron.nRon helped me out with an urgent door lock issue and was there within half an hour of me calling, massive tick.nRon worked the issue out within seconds and managed to fix the issue promptly.nRon was friendly, professional and an all round nice man!nBeing a property manager I find it hard to find good trades, I can not speak highly enough of ASAP locksmith.

Highly recommended! This was the first time I use them, and I will always use them in the future. I organised a non-urgent job via email. They gave me a quote, booked me in for a time and followed through with everything. Incredibly professional, polite helpful and knowledgeable. They came highly recommended in the local community, and they totally lived up to their reputation. Fantastic family business. Please support them!
