I am a migrant from Jakarta, who is visiting my family. Incidentally my child is sick like an allergy. But from the beginning of the service to meeting with the treating doctor, overall it was not well served. I was not told what pain if I did not ask, and when I asked, I was left out of the room. In Jakarta, even doctors who are expensive to cheap are all friendly, especially to small children. Finally, I decided to only pay for the consultation fees, which actually did not have a consultation, and chose to go to another doctor. How disappointing!

Criticism and suggestions. Please improve services and actions. People who seek treatment say that the treatment is expensive. People seek treatment for health, expensive treatment is also paid, what is important is healthy. What do you fear the patient owe ????
