Monster Divers

This dive shop made my stay in Weh. I did my Advanced Diver Course here and a couple of fun dives. Sophie was my instructor and she certainly helped me to make a big progress with my skills. Can’t imagine anyone better. You’ll find here a great combination of professionalism and very relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to other dive masters and divers it was fun to spend time between and after dives here. Don’t miss their restaurant as well. They take care of the transportation from Iboih and back, what a nice touch. Before every dive we got a very detailed briefing, something I usually miss at most dive shops. Highly appreciated. The cherry on the top was a night dive with Miguel. If you are looking for a place to dive, you’ve found it.

Fun and friendly while being very professional

Amazing time in Montser divers!!! I did my open water and advance course and after some diving around asia I have to say I am looking forward coming back!! Thank you all I felt like home and you made me enjoy so much of underwater life☺ufe0f☺ufe0f☺ufe0f will highly recommend for beginners and experience dive, I am sure you won't find better place and people!!! Diving with Monsters was the highlight of my time spent in Pulau Weh and the reason I want to come back and do my divemasters. All the staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable - from the moment I walked in I felt the good vibes. The shop is located on the small scenic Gapang Beach where you can hop right in the sea or grab a cheap bite from the handful of local restaurants steps away. The island has a variety of interesting and unique dive sites, including an underwater volcano. All my 10 dives were beautiful; there is quite a lot of both macro and the big stuff to see (sharks, rays, octopus, eels, cuttlefish, shrimps, stonefish, nudibranch etc etc) and they are super flexible according to your skill level and preferences.nnBut the thing that really made the diving memorable was the staff. Sergi, Sophie, Rebecca, Jasmine, Risky, Asiane, Nico, Nando, and Miguel are pros at establishing a fun, easygoing, safe and professional atmosphere. They quickly made me feel like family and it was nice even to chill and chat over a coffee or beer, relax in the hammock with a book or eat the best patatas bravas from their kitchen next door. They even provided free transport to and from my accommodation in Iboih each day. Plus their prices are the best on the whole island!nnBig shout out to the whole team for an unforgettable diving experience. I cannot recommend them enough.nnTip: do a night dive on the house reef with Miguel. You won't regret it!

We did some boat dives with monsters, they tried to go to different dive spots, always had a briefing before the dives, it's been great all around. The DM and captains were really helpful. The dive shop has also a nice space to relax after the dives. Great experience !
