Very very bad service, the package from Japan July 30 with a special express package, until August 13, and until August 21, it was not sent even though it contained important documents, the reason was that my home address was not found, my house is a haunted house! You can't call, there's a cellphone number on the envelope. BAD !!!!!!

Very SLOWLY ...nI sent a package from the 2nd of October and until now on the 24th of October the item has no clarity.nIn fact, I checked the goods at the Medan Post Post Office in TSM III.
