Although the guy from the desk was a nice guy, that's all. I wasn't allowed to rent their scooter only because 'I have a small experience in driving a motorcycle', that what they said after questioning me. If they treat their customers in that way, unfortunately I am giving them 0 as a customer experience. What's more I was awared that if anything happens to the motorcycle, no matter it's my fault or not mine, I'd have to pay for that damage. So make sure yourself about that place.
Great customer service and best price I found for a scooter rental. They had a couple older, but safe, bikes that you could rent for a discount. Worked out brilliantly!
Oh, dear person from the desk - you definitely need to grow up. I am not even gonna refer to your last reply, because it's level is far beyond mine. You can give my name whoever you want, I already rented a scooter for a few days from other place and gave it back and everything went well, so be my guest :) I am leaving this unconstructive conversation. The answer to my previous opinion is ridiculous. Only shows no respect to customers and besides - no personal culture, in my opinion. Either the man from the desk is immature to get the feedback or ignorant. Anyway, a person from this place judges and comments your, as a customer's, experience which is totally crazy. HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THERE IS A DISCRIMINATION BECAUSE OF THE GENDER IN THAT PLACE, PLEASE...:) Grow up.
Perfect service, they organized the bikes for us in 20 minutes after we texted them. Very simple to book the bikes, through the WhatsApp group. They were delivered to our doors. The bikes itself are in a good condition. Also, the guys are very nice and friendly. Would highly recommend
