Buddha Sunset Yoga

Buddha Sunset Yoga is the perfect place to begin or to deepen your practice of yoga. The teachers are attentive and offer diverse styles of yoga and meditation. Once you arrive the peaceful sounds of the ocean, birds, and surrounding nature ease you into a state of zen.nnOn the property there is also a great restaurant, The Smiling Buddha, overlooking the ocean. The food is delicious and it is a great place to enjoy a nice tea and or meal after you practice.

The buddha sunset yoga in amed its in a beautiful place. You can hear the sound of the waves and birds while looking at the breathtaking oceanview. This lovely resort is a small paradise.

Buddha Sunset yoga is located at Meditasi resort and smiling Budha restaurant. It was very nice to have a yoga outside on the grass when you can really connect to the Earth. Class was small and I was able to talk to the teacher and ask some questions. Teacher also asked what we want to do and made it really personalized for us. Highly recommended to try if you are in the area. They are also building a new yoga shala. I will check it out new time I am here.

Thank you Buddha sunset yoga. I participated in yoga a few times during my stay at Meditasi and it was so relaxing especially because we practiced next to the ocean which was a beautiful setting for yoga and meditation.
