The two Therapists were talking and laughing which was very rude and not what you want while having a massage. It made us very uncomfortable and we would definitely not recommend this place. A couple of doors up there is a lovely spa next to blood and bone.

i hate leaving bad reviews because staff was nice but the acrylic nails popped off after 3 hours and they completely destroyed my cuticles until they bled. manicure was bumpy and badly shaped too. bad attempt at a glitter ombré. costed 600,000 which was way too much for the service provided. had to get them redone at a different salon

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! ud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffcnnThey have no concept of how to do gel nails. They are so rough and careless. I had to ask her to stop because she was hurting me and burning my nails with the file. The gel was too thick so I asked her to re-do. Attitude was appalling. Went back 4 days later with 2 chips and one completely peeled and again attitude was disgraceful. Zero care and attention. She tried to just repaint over the chip without buffing or anything.nnI love Canggu and the people of Bali. I come to Canggu a lot and am so forgiving with the language barrier and different methods across the cultures but there is no excuse for the way I was treated and poor service that was not cheap.

My gel/extension fall off (5 fingers) the second day I got them. Went back got replacement using a different kind of glue (they said the first time they used training glue... why?) today is the third day, 3 nails are all gone.
