First of all, i love the location and friendly stuff !nI had a deep tissue massage, which was pretty relaxing, however, the music was too loud and some songs were too fast for massage room. I’d recommend to: leave only slow, relaxing songs in a playlist, add some more preparatory steps like feet wash (even if the price is gonna be bigger ) ringing the bell before massage is started, and make a room light darker + i have heard some sounds of a moving chair or something...those small things makes ton of a difference regarding the whole experience. I enjoyed my massage but spa should be an experience not a massage only.

Visited few days ago as we were looking for a decent and mid range spa. The place was amazing and the therapist was really professional but the fact that i couldn't really relax the spa rooms are not separated it was just a curtain and the other staffs are not very considerate and just keep dragging their feet really loud walking around, talking to each other could hear the staffs laughing and talking from reception as wellnnAlso i wanted to do a facial they cant do it that day, waxing they need specific days but the whole place looks empty and their were 4 people at the reception doing nothing so my spa day ended up just doing a 1 hr massage only.

Really not a relaxing place! Too noisy and massage also not good. After complaining they didn’t do anything... just looking at me.

I’ve been there for a deep tissue massage. The therapist was a male, don’t know his name. He stuck his elbow so hard on my spine and after that i was like beaten with a steel pipe. My back was killing me on the next day. Never again!
