Came here because of the list of good doctors. but the services are below the standard.n- 3 times made appointment for consultation and came to the assigned hour, ended up waiting for 3-4 hours.n- the administration team is sooo slow, supposed to have the surgery in the morning. but couldnt even confirm from the night before for the time. called at midnight only to inform of uncertainty of the schedule and called again at 6 am to have the surgery om that day!n- even for taking the result of the blood test had to wait 1 week! and i should have the surgery on that day.nwoooooorst! better to find other hospital if u could! not recommended at all despite the doctor is good

Good obgyn doctors, nurse, medicine but expensive, slow administration staff and some part of outdated building/facilities

The very crowd on Saturday, they have many chairs and sofa for all patients and parents. They also have playing room for kids while waiting for the line. I think they have good and updated technology. Unfortunately, they have limited parking area. For a big hospital with many visitors, they should prepare a huge parking area.

Went to ER for brown discharge and because I thought, as Mother and Child Hospital, they would be fast in taking care of my issue.nApparently, NO. The ER nurse kindly explained that they have no ultrasound in ER and the current available ER doctor is not experienced in using doppler. Hell yeah for an ER unit at Mother and Child hospital.nFinally another ER doctor came and told us that they cannot do anything in the ER so I have to wait for the clinic to open and have myself checked by obgyn. I got a shot so I can rest in the ER while waiting for another 2 hrs. Clinic started at 9am and I was in the ER from 6am.nWe picked a doctor and was told by the ER nurse that there are 3 patients waiting so I’m the fourth. Previously they told me that the doctor is on confirmation basis and it was already 16 patients confirmed and of course we asked to be prioritized since we are in the ER.nApparently the nurses treated me like other patients though I mentioned I was from ER and my husband had to raise his voice after that the doctor’s nurse inform the doctor and of course I can be checked right away. Even the other patient waiting also agreed that I should be prioritized.nSo, totally agree with the majority of reviews that said obgyns are good but apparently the nurses have no nursing sense.
