Need to pay rm1 to cross the bridge using sampan. great view and many visitors

Great scenery and place of interest for local and foreigner. Had a chance to take a small boat across the river (RM1.00) to reach the destination.

Probably the largest Chinese temple in Samarahan Division of Sarawak. One needs to use a boat to cross the Samarahan river to reach the temple. Boat ride is only RM1.00 per person. All the building are unique by its own, the decorations were done by Craftsman imported from China.

A temple compound along the river. In olden days many accidents occurred in this river bend. Since the temple is built on this spot, no more accidents occur. The pagoda is dedicated to Kuan Yin, the temple to Toh Peck Kong. There is also the Malay Datuk Kong outside the temple. On 18 Dec 2016 the pagoda for Buddha was officially opened. Behind the temple is a small green stone bridge of which someone told me that if a couple crosses it together, they will stay together for ever. The buildings are beautifully decorated and the place is well kept. Worthwhile a visit.nA sampang will bring you to the temple from the other riverside.
