Please evaluate the CS named Oktamiyanti. I i First, the service is very slow. One hour queue is only to be refused. Prefer some people who come without a queue number. Looks clearly unprofessional. Second. There is no coordination with other branches. Pdhal had previously been said to be able to disburse at other branch offices and be faster, but after coming they had to wait for confirmation for up to an hour. After queuing for an hour they were told to wait another hour. 💆‍♂️
