the hotel is run well. just a little fix up in the hotel standart operation procedure.nnthing that i recommended:n1. the hotel room, public area is good and clean and tidy.n2. the price is good too.n3. the staff is very cooperative and their marketing member ibu Santa is very helpful in managing my booking.n4. the security team specially pak Idam is very good and very helpful in every situation. thanks a lot.nnthe thing i am complained is:n1. does clean up SOP is really doing well or not? one thing that happen to me is there is no mineral water after they do the cleaning.n2. does the restourant already know their SOP and is it common rule in 3 star hotel?nwhat i that impact me isni have 2 pax of breakfast, and 1 pax already used by my wife. so i ask for send my breakfast to room cauae i am not yet arrived at hotel but my wife already in there.nthe restourant bring 2 pax of breakfast but charged extra 50k idr per pax ( breakfast additional fee).nso i lost 50k cause of this issue and their receptionist dunno how to handle and give me correct answer even at time i checkout.n3. a good management and operational procedure need to be trained to all hotel staff must be done. please improve the hotel quality more better.
