I had an apprenticeship there, around 2004, my boss, Alex, Novem and the admin manager, were mad or who had forgotten. Until now, no internship certificate has been given. It has been asked many times for illogical reasons.nnEven though they have already worked on Stock Take at the bag company Jl Godean, and Stock Take at Kosudgama UGM.nnHopefully this new management will be aware and understand compensation for apprentices. Not material but an internship certificate.nnBut Alhamdulillah, it's been a long time ago, now I don't need that internship letter, personally.nnHaving worked at ERNST & YOUNG, then continued to PRICE WATERHOUSE COOPERS.nnKEY OF SUCCESS A company pays attention to all human resources, both permanent and internships. NOT underestimating the internship, which is for example indifferent to the provision of an internship certificate.nnTHE BIG FOUR has many apprenticeship programs, and each apprentice is given an Internship Certificate, even an allowance for half the employee's salary.nnTherefore they can become a Leader in Accounting Firms around the world, because a comfortable INPUT will produce a good OUTPUT.
