Come directly to the office in Raya, told to take care of it online. I thought it would be good to speed up and avoid the crowd during Covid like this. But it turns out that registering yourself online won't work. When we want to upload eKTP photos and so on, the browse button doesn't work. How do you want to take care of it online if you can't create a new user list? If you ask an employee why it can't be, the answer is maybe you will blame your gadget, or your data package. Even though opening another web site is no problem. Then the question is, why announce all mandatory affairs online if the general public can't access it?
