Great service, remember to phone for an appointment during covid time. Very helpful on the phone and in person!

As a South African citizen, I feel that we get no support from this Embassy. It is really sad to have someone supposedly representing a country and support their citizens, but so frustrating to almost never get through or get ignored or just being told they won't assist.

A relatively small reception area, well furnished and quiet. Located on 3rd floor, after security sign in at building main entrance. Service was efficient and friendly. Note, for a passport, only the original forms obtained at the embassy are accepted ( not website prints). Passport processing time 6 months as done in SA, so apply in time!
