Worst customer service ever!nI can't believe how they treated me and my boyfriend today.. When we came into the Cafe the staff were really friendly and everything was fine! We ordered two milkshakes which were delicious and two sandwiches. After the first bite I saw that my bread was moldy, so I told them and they felt sorry for it and offered me to bring a new one what I refused. We were really insecure about eating the second sandwich even if we couldn't see anything moldy so we decided not to eat it. We told them that we don't want to eat it but that we are willing to pay for the milkshakes.nThe waiter told us in a very rude way that we have to pay for the sandwich cause we already ate it (we had only about 3 bites of it so there was more than the half of it left). We tried to explain him that we didn't continue eating after we saw the mould and that we won't pay for the sandwiches, only for the milkshakes. He was soo upset about it and screamed at us that we only like to get free food, I couldn't believe how you can treat a customer like this, it was so unprofessional! I mean how can we know that the bread of the second sandwich wasn't rotten?! They might be stored next to each other.nMy boyfriend then just gave him money for the milkshakes (even a bit more than they actually cost) cause we didn't want to argue with him any longer, he told us again that we like free food and that we were mean people and we left the Café.nThis was such a bad experience and I hope their manager will read this review and they will change something about the customer service when it comes to deal with problems like that.nNever ever again!

The staff here were friendly and there is a very good view from the top of Mount Agung. The coffee is good here but very strong. The coffee the second day was a little bitter but still one of the best coffee places on the island.

We stayed at Solaluna and had our breakfast at The Cup every day.nnThis is a fantastic coffee shop. Breakfast was always delicious and their Balinese coffee was excellent. Better than I have had at a lot of other places.nnThe staff is exceptional and they along with the group at Solaluna provide the best service in town.nnDon't miss the top floor for a great view of the ocean and volcano!

Nice mango smoothie but the pizza was quite disappointing; hard crust and fish that didn't taste fresh
