Always ask for a receipt! Got cheated twice there today. Planned to buy C&C coughing medicine. The sales women suggested me to buy the medicine in the picture instead since it’s only 145k, she said. I agreed and paid. The guy at the cashier didn’t provide a receipt. When I asked for it, he took a long time printing it. It seems like he was trying to remove the discount that is automatically applied to the medicine. He couldn’t! When he gave me the receipt, he also apologized and gave me another 10.000 Rp. back. When I double checked at home the discount was actually 10%, not 10.000. It is obvious that the two people working there are trying to put money in their own pocket by recommending products that have a discount to clients and then don’t provide a receipt. It’s not a lot of money, but you can be sure that they try to do this multiple times on daily basis.

Seriously...i never feel dissapointed for this pharmacy... Really appreciate the staffs to helpfull the customers problem..
