The customer service is good & friendly... but it's often very crowded and the queues will take you to wait for long, especially if you do some registration stuffs. Recommended to come early to avoid the long wait.

it's useless to get no queues if there are people inside !!nwaste time from 9 o'clock to 1 o'clock in the afternoon.ntoday was overtaken by 7 people and finally went home without any transactions !!nI think I am unemployed at BNI from morning to afternoon !!

Hopefully next time we will get a more friendly CS. Have been waiting a long time, right when I get CS which is cumbersome. If we lack information or are wrong, we should be told in more detail and well.
