Friendly and helpful employees.nCons: items are more expensive than average. No access for wheelchairs.nnAdditional note for Informa Bengkulu: when offering an insurance policy for the purchased item/s, it is expected that the staff can give more details about the insurance terms and conditions before applying one/s to avoid unwanted issues.
