Ace Hardware Sleman City Hall

The biggest Ace Hardware store in Yogyakarta, and certainly more items and options. The store is not crowded, or even quiet, makes it so comfortable shopping

I came to this shop to look for some home accessories. I went to a shelf of a mounted shelfing. I pick up a wooden mounted shelf because it is buy 1 get 1 promotion. But, when i put the shelf back one of the boxes of glass shelf falling. It is broken. But, I did not even touch it, even when i put back the wooden shelf that i picked up it does not touch the glass shelf because there is a gap between the two items. I was asked to pay for the broken glass even though the management admit it is not my mistakes just because i am the only one who was there so I should pay it! Even they showed me the cctv record that showing i did not even touch the glass shelf. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT COMING BACK AND BUY ANYTHING HERE!

The system is good. But Not a good place for working. Low appreciated. Not good supervising system, people and managerial level and professionalism. Really Need improvements.
