UNPROFESSIONAL! My mom had to stay two nights and there was NO NURSES ON THE NIGHT SHIFT!!! Few times she called the nurse and no answer. She even walked until the receptionist table and there was no one there! Nobody there to change my mom’s drip. If I would be in town, I’d go compalining to the management directly. Watch out when you bring your family here. Small town doesnt mean the hospital cannot give great service to the patient. So disappointing and unprofessional

One of oldest hospital in Ketapang, before they called Fatima Hostipal, their name was called RB before, so don't be confuse, if people call that name

Private Hospital in Ketapang. Fairly large hospital building supported by adequate facilities. There are various kinds of specialist doctors too.nThe services of the nurses and doctors are also good.nJust please pay attention to the cleanliness of toilet facilities in general because they smell a bit of urine, there is no soap for washing hands too.
