This is one of the biggest banks in Pontianak. Very good service, both in customer service and security. ATM is quite a lot and is available 24 hours. Large parking area.

I will remember this customer service for the rest of my life. Absolutely the best treatment that I have ever received. They don't let you miss any information about anything. Staying there for two hours felt like 30 minutes for me. With the also good security measures from this bank, I wish I can give it more than 5 stars, because it is just the best bank there is in Pontianak.

This is the main branch office of Bank Central Asia. Itis alwayscrowded with customers. Be prepareto wait for a long time while you looking for any service here.

This is the bigest bank est bank in town. They have a large parking lot, the largest from all banks in town. It located at ahmad yani street, the most prime street in Pontianak. They have a very excellent services standart. They have about 15 tellers and about 10 customers service officers. And it makes them become one of the best bank in town. But one thing less, their teller close at 14.30 while other bank close at 15.30 - 16.00
