We have used them multiple times for various trips/scooter rentals and each time their service is great. I highly recommend the Karimunjawa trip and stay they provide, the island is stunning and stays are great.

We booked a 4 days/3 nights tour to Karimunjawa. Besides transport and hotel, we had a snorkelling tour and Kayaking included. The staff of the agency is really nice and they responded to our e-mails quickly.nThe only thing we did not like was the driver from Yogyakarta to Jepara and back (it was the same driver). He picked us up and dropped us in Jepara in the middle of the night (3am), where he opened the door and indicated with his hands to get off the car. He did not give us any instructions or info so we had no idea what is happening and we did not know where to get our ferry tickets from.nnAll in all, we were happy with the Organisation and agency.

Really kind and helpful staff that speaks great English and was extremely helpful. Booked a tour with them and it was great, thank you so much for all of your help :-)

We had a terrible terrible terrible experience with them. It was a scam. They do not bring you to the hotels that they say. Besides, they forcd you to do extra payments at middle of the trip, otherwise you cannot continue. In total we lost 50€ per person, and went to awful hotels. Worst experience in Indonesia
