WORLD-CLASS GYMnnI have visited many gyms internationally and locally, so far this is one of the best gyms I have ever seen.nnThey don't put you everyone same track Mr. Musthafa and the team creating personalized workout plans and diet.nnAnother thing I have noticed the World-class gym equipment Matrix, it's phenomenal.nnLadies' trainers also available it's a plus.nnI appreciate the Gym's clean and well-organized place.nnSuggestion - Please fill up the water cooler whenever it's empty.

Been going to M gym for a week now and very happy with the trainers, equipments and overall performance. Unlike other gyms here they have customized workout plans and diet scheduled by Musthafa sir and also we are assigned with individual trainers(female and male) There are both general section as well as one for females.nAll equipments are Branded providing better facilities.

Such a wonderful place for ladies because any days anytime gym will be open and providing safe and free injurie workouts special care for above 60

Cardio section is great.. much improvement needed in the strength training department.. whole ambience of the gym is great, and trainers r good.

Very systematic, 24/7 service more than 20 years experience more comfort for ladies more cardio facility
