No team work & rarely anyone knows stock in hand . One Manager gives one rate & when you go after 2 days next manager says a different rate. Plear talk to each other n come to one rate .

Very bad and awful customer service I’ve ever seen. Misleading customers for getting sales. Gave warranty of 10 years for Samsung TV and while it has a repair, then only we come to know that it has only 1 year of warranty for remote and this information is given from Samsung. Till now these people from QRS was misleading us and talking too badly while I was clearing my doubts ud83dude21and this is my second bad experience with these people. Please don’t choose this shop to purchase any kind of home appliances
