Excellent stay...super humble staff...the food was delicious...I also took the spa , it was very relaxing and the lady who did it was very friendly...amazing hotel...must visit 😊

The hotel is given a 4 star rating but overall it is not of 4 star quality. The entrance to the hotel is very small, ambience at the reception is not great, not even glass of water was offered while we waited to be attended. The room door was facing strong sun, not even tinted glass was put on the Windows. Room decor just okay, no lamp shades just concealed ceiling lights, room size ok, linen was clean except pillow cases which were changed on request. Wi-Fi was good in room, towels ok. Room service not so great,

It was a very nice day at Rama trident Katra. The staff behaviour was very good, I would like to appreciate their spirit to serve their client specially the food quality and taste was awesome..... Would like to give 5 out of 5.
