They work very slow . And if your meter needed replacement and you register a complaint . They will contact you in months atleast 1-2 months . And in their receipt they have given a column of ''लक्षित दिनांक'' means date till when they will act to your complaint . But they don't given you any date they just leave it and if you ask for it they'll say it's extra column.. saying with experience ud83dude4f

Unusual power cuts all the day at a regular basis it even destroyed my computer as due to power cut power supply burnt it cost me like 50000rs
