Excellent service, staff service is very good. But there is very old disgin. Please provide new collection for BATA customer. Thanks.

It was very bad experience with bata and very worst policy .nI have buy bata shoe from rewa store and at the time of purchage he told me we are giving 6month 100% Guaranty. But after 20 days shoes break from sole then go for exchange then take 4 date for process then again visit and buy another shoes but he Deducted 20% ammount of my previous shoes and then we ask for bill of new shoe then told me this is bata policy we accept only one time exchange and we will not give you bill of new purchage of shoes , you can't exchange your 2 nd shoes.nSo this is not right way of customer service ,you should have to give 100% exchange of your product During company policy and give genuine bill of product.nI Never sugest anybody go for rewa shilpiplaza bata shoe store.

Excellent service , but deficiency in veriety. What we see in TV ads those design not available at Rewa.
