They are Stupid...I called them thrice and asked if they have XUV 500 HUB in stock so as to visit them and get it done as it showed 5 Kms from my breakdown location.....The lady answered that we need to check, I called her again she said her boss was busy and told to call back again, I called third time where she said her boss told to visit Showroom...I shouted them to answer if they have the HUB in stock only then I would visit, surprisingly she said she will then order once we visit.....bluff....They don't have spares but yet they call at their Showroom....theives
