Congested like anything. If you call for prior appointment, they won't even pick the phone. I tried from 7am to 9:30am for confirmation of pediatrician. Full two and half hours no one bothered to pick calls. In patient rooms are small and with minimal ventilation. Poor hapless patient will suffocate like hell. Only saving grace is the pediatrician. Rest entire staff is highly arrogant and don't even know how to talk. Seems owners forgot hospital after opening it. They need to be vigilant or else just remember what happened to Nokia. Arrogance brought down big empires, this is just a small hospital.

Worst service receptionist and other staff do not cooperate very well and hospital is laid over nallah side and hospital is cold zone even in summer
