The people there are very irresponsible never on time. And roam around during their office timings. They canceled my appointment for 3 times. Stating they are out and will be an hour late... Going out for thier personal reasons without even informing prior.... Very very irresponsible staff... No professionalism... Very disappointed with the lakme salon. Will never visit their salon again. Worst experience ever.

This place is quite big and spacious with proper lockdown SOPs in place. Did global hair color and must say Nilesh is the gem this branch has, as an Hair Stylist. He is perfect in his work. Ashwini Ingle manages the salon very well apart from her skin specialist job role.nKudos to both and keep up the good work guys!

Have been to many lakme saloons across the nation this one is the worst, even have booking an appointment and coming 15 mins before I appointment I had to wait for more that 1.5 hrs for a hair spa, when I started to leave they came apologize and began with my hair spa only to stop after giving me a hair wash, during hair wash one of his regular customer came in, he simply washed my hair, and walked off on the pretext of letting my hair to dry to attend the other customer, I waited for half an hour with wet hair finally gave up and left the saloon

I tried to book appointment several times, but I've been given with reasons.nOnce when I reached to saloon, I was told that there is no person available to provide service.nnThese guys are just ruining Lakmes reputation

I had booked an appointment with the store 5 days prior , but no staff was available when I reached the store. This happened with me twice. Horrible service and height of unprofessionalism. Doesn't live upto the name and brand of lake salon.
