I had a nice relaxing massage here. Not a typical deep tissue massage like western style but very relaxing still. Kind, friendly staff. Music was pleasant and rooms were quiet. Just be prepared for something more gentle if you’re used to Western style massages.

I had an amazing time here being looked after for hours by pallavi and her assistant. I felt so relaxed I wish I could have stayed longer! A must do in mandi.

Speechless best Ayurveda kendra wonderful place and very caring people totally based on principals of Ayurveda. Dr. Pallavi's knowledge about Ayurveda is commendable. A must place to go!

During my exams , Whenever i was stressed out i would take a full body massage and would get relaxed.. that one hour here used to save my 5 hours of anxiety... A very enchanting experience.... Thanks Dr. Pallavi
