I had to Post 3 notebooks to pune, staff were initially not ready to send.. but eventually they accepted. It was around 1.5kg books. The books reached pune within 3-4 days and condition was also very good, no damage at all. So they did their job well.. I liked their service of Post Thanksud83dude03

Worst ever service experienced over here. I was expecting a parcel yesterday, however by the end of the day when I checked the consignment number it said that they couldn't find the address. No courtesy to send text or neither they attempted the parcel. Had to visit today and get my parcel or else it would have been returned to the dispatcher....Don't opt for India post...it sucks.

Worst experience. They never contact and secondly they search the address in wrong locality and then update address not foundnWorst service till now

very worst service. my parcel is there since last 4 days and no update from their side.....thats why private postal services are growing and govt postal is lacking behind

Cidco post office Aurangabad at N-7 cidco - Bank /Rd sector in worst . work is very slow and people are waiting in line for 1-2 Hours but staff do not care about customer. You can view typical Old ,Rigid ,outdated Govt. Mentality here.
