WORST SERVICE EVER!! My toes almost froze during the massage. There was no "working" heater. Despite asking again and again no one arranged for a different room. The employees were rude and lazy. The management is not interested in any feedbacks. Once they have your money nothing else matters.

Not happy, booked a 60 min massage, and after 40 min (yes I saw time) the masseur says it over. On telling I was told you get 40 min in 60 min. Massage was okay. Massage room oily, shower good. Very overpriced like rest of Manali. (2000 for 60min) Not very professional.

One of the best spa in Manali. Do come here it's a must visit place if u extremely tired due to traveling.

Just okey i would say. Staff is not happy about their work. They were having the straight face when they saw me. They r bit scared of customers i suppose. Its a decent massage center. The service offered ws fine. Dont expect them to give u happy ending - you know what i meant :p. Its warm and cosy. The shower had hot water. Soaps or body wash was missing in the washroom. And to go to washroom u need to go shirtless from the treatment room crossing the reception.
