We would strongly discourage you from staying at this hotel. If at all you need to stay here, it is best take the top floor rooms only, and ask for a receipt at the end of your stay. Top Floor rooms: Good quality Dormitory: Very bad quality, but it should be taken into consideration that cost is Rs. 100 per bed. The beds and the room itself were very dirty, with cigarettes on the floor, and a bathroom with a window opening right into the bar. I have attached a photo here. Food: Mediocre, Rs. 10200 for 20 people's dinner and breakfast Hotel: While Google Maps calls this good for kids, we definitely disagree. Given the presence of the bar, smokers (despite non-smoking signs), and very cheap beds, this is not a good place for families to stay. Staff: We had a very bad experience with the staff of this hotel. They were highly unprofessional in that they "counted" our payment, gave us change - yet later reported us to the police for paying only 10,000 instead of 20,000. If you stay here, ask for a receipt or proof of payment. We apologise to the hotel for our mistake, but we are still extremely dissatisfied with our stay here. Edit: You may notice that the hotel has responded to this review. Firstly, it is highly dishonest of them to rate their own hotel 5 stars, and secondly, I have updated the review to clear up regarding our issues with the payment and police complaint by the hotel.

This is to make things clear what ROHAN SUBRAMANIAN has written in his review. We can not currently reply you on your own review but we hope mr SUNRAMANIAN sees this. First, you checked everything before you checked in you had a good look on everything, if you were not satisfied you shouldn't have stayed. And top floor rooms are of 2500 and 2000 which we agreed to give you on lower price after you repeatedly asked for discount. And for 100 a bed I guess that's what you get. Nothing was hidden you checked and decided to stay so stop complaining. You were not forced. Also we told you we don't have enough rooms for 20 but beds being cheap you booked it. And let me remind you you were more than 20. Second, our food is of reasonable price according to the quantity we serve and we guess quality is also good otherwise you would have mentioned it in your review. Important thing to mention you were more than 20 people and you people eat enough to get that 10000 rupees bill which if you forget included dinner and breakfast both. Again you were not 20, more than 20. And finally, we still have security footage where you gave 10200 repees only out of 20100something. Let me breakdown, you put aside 50 notes of 200 from a little black bag n 1 note of 200 separately from your wallet which becomes 51*200=10200. We agree that it was our responsibility to count properly. But please don't spread the lie that you had paid the whole bill and we were being dishonest because we have security footage. Police has also seen that footage after that only they stated to track you guys. We are very sorry for being negligent and you had to face police but do not spread the lie. And for proof you can go on our website get our email and drop us a msg so that we can send you the video evidence of what you have paid.
