DTDC at Rayagada doesn't deserve even one star. One of the worst service provider in Odisha. They never deliver at your address and demand that you pick from their office. Their excuse every time is that they do not have enough deliver-boys. The parcel was updated in their system on 5th October as 'delivered' but no one contacted me even. On 12th of October when I called them, they said since they do not have enough delivery boys, it is delayed and asked me to come and pick the parcel. When I made a further complaint, then they delivered it on 12th evening.
