The gym has advance equipments. But the trainer available is not up to the mark. Complete diet guidance is not available. Although there are all type of machines available one will not get the guidance what to do and what to do. So visit it if you are a pro and knows what you have to do and what will be your sequence of exercise. Of take any online trainer to guide you for achieving your fitness goal.nThe gym is closed on Monday.nIt is also situated at a far distance from rayagada. One cannot easily access the place. However if you are a pro in your exercise you should prefer this place as you will get maximum number of options to do your exercise with the help of advance machineries. Finally the gym can't take care of anyone's health if the person has no commitment, so you have to commit if you really want to improve your physical fitness.
