I had the most horrible experience with them. I placed a flower delivery order for my mother 48 hours before mother’s day. I called their customer service gazillion times and finally at 9 pm i was told that they were unable to deliver.nWhile i am sympathetic towards the situation in India, I would have just appreciated it if I was informed of this prior.nThe customer service representative failed to guarantee a delivery even the next day.nFor the price they charge, their service is definitely not upto the mark, rather way below the mark. I should have read the other reviews before.nI will definitely not recommend them or use them ever.

You charge the moon, you show glossy pictures but the reality / delivery is far stretch from what was anticipated / shown / promised in the pictures. Kinda disappointing. Better show realistic pictures so that we do not under deliver on our intent as customers who are gifting something to their loved ones and cut a sorry figure of spurgling money on something not worthy.
