Pathetic place. Not for home pets. The person who sits there is not a doctor. Worst is the place, it's a 6 X 4 m room with all the unhygienic stuff you will ever see. The entrance is bestowed with a gutter rite in front. How unhygienic can it even get. Don't even think of visiting this place.
