I didn't get my parcel yet,i trying to call,email,fb msg but there is no reply from courier service. My parcel at pathankot since 13 August. If provided me a contact number i can pickup my courier from the hub or delivery boy.

OMG !! There is girl over there named as ANJU, i don't know why she carries so much of attitude, she even doesn't care about the customers as she cuts the Phone call without providing any information to Customer. it is a very DISCOURTEOUS act as you don't respect your customer. At the end take some action against that girl otherwise she is gonna ruin your BRAND name as well as your BUSINESS over TIME.
