I want to say that cloudnine came as a blessing for us. We have recently shifted to noida. My son at the time was 3 month old and I was finding it really tough to get the vaccination done for him. On suggestion from my friend, I contacted cloudnine noida. They arranged a video consultation with the doctor online and within next 24 hours they came to our home for vaccination of my son. They came in an ambulance where nurses were wearing PPE. Very efficiently they took hold of my baby and did the vaccination. I have used their services twice now at home and in this covid times I am happy I didn’t had to expose my child to anything. Thank you team cloudnine. Keep up the good work. Shaurya and parents

She Cleans And Changes Both My Baby And Me Even Without Reminding Her , She Knows Her Job And That's Why I Spotted Her Out From The Rest + She's Very Cheerful. Hey, giving birth to my first baby has been a wonderful experience in Cloud Nine Hospital, Noida. Following the month of March, due to COVID outbreak my previous gynaecologist cancelled all the further appointments, so I came here @ Cloud Nine Noida through google and took appointment for Dr.Renu Kapur (it’s was my 3rd month of pregnancy, and the doctor was chosen randomly after seeing seeing her profile online). Our 6 months experience- - During COVID, all the precautions were taken very well @ hospital. - Comfort level with Dr.Renu has been perfect throughout this journey as she fully took the responsibility as a doctor and even shared her number and asked to contact anytime whenever required. (This was missing with our previous doctor, who simply left us all alone during pregnancy) - Nursing staff also did their job well, always present for whatever need you have, be it related to mother or child and plus they don’t make faces while working.(Past experience) - Now comes accommodation thing, we took deluxe package, single personal deluxe room. Room is very well maintained, Size is perfect, washroom is also neat n clean. - Meals play a major role during the stay. So here food quality is good, delivering time is fine, and hygeinic too. - Today we are going with a cute baby girl. The journey is memorable for me. And now we leaving so let’s close this. This hospital took very good care of my wife and made a very scary event very comfortable. In this hospital Staff had smiles for me at all times, which kept a smile on my face.
