Had a car loan, bank has malafied intentions never provided copy of agreement, statements, emails, reminders and keeps on adding various penalties even the installments are paid in advance for 3 to4 months.

I have just visited their Shree balmiki chowk branch in bathing they told me you have need to maintain minimum 10000 rupees in your account I told them u r sending msg on mobile of zero balance account then he told that is online system.

Very helping staff. No crowd between 10:00-1:00Pm. i wilk recommend kotak mahindra app .most of application work can be processed through the app like check book request,atm etc. Good luck

I visited Bathinda branch on mid of April, to transfer my account to Bathinda to add my mobile no and email address, They done very fast and handle me with respect....
