Service was ok but behavior of staff was arrogant. Made me wait for 3 hrs. for just a battery replacement which takes just 15 minutes. He asked me to leave my phone and come back after 1 hr to collect my phone. After 1 hr he asked me to wait for some couple of minutes. And those couple of minutes we're of 2 hrs. If you are visiting for any kind of service be sure to get an appointment token from mi hate 2 wait website. Or the guys will ask you to wait for some more couple of minutes🙃🙃

Very poor service & When I went to change my ear phone, they kept my original bill,and they also opened my new phone without any malfunction due to their target and they lost my bill.now i need my bill because my earphone diffect,

Very bad experience My usb is not working properly nd having under warranty but they didn't change saying that usb have cut but there is a little scratch on it They didn't give any valid reason 😠😠😠😠

Please don't visit this service center.. i am using mi Phone last 5 years . Now i am purchase mi note 9 pro max. After 30 days this phn have some fault back camera blurred screen, headphone key not working. And then i went to this service center. .. they lied me and missguide me.. please don't go this service center. Thank you
