We shifted from gurgaon to jaipur and experience was not good.nFirst In their mail they write 75% advance amount to be given and rest at time of unloading but the owner at gurgaon branch called in the evening before our shifting date to say we have to pay 90% advance and when we argued he joined his head office on call and they said we have to give 100% advance. As all plans were made according to that date we had to comply with this unnecessary demandnnAfter unloading at jaipur our one almirah got damaged, we called gurgaon owner Mr Gaurav but after repeated followups nothing happened and he stopped picking up phones and did not reply to our messages, As payment was 100% advance we cannot do anythingnnOn day of loading truck arrived 4 hours late.when we asked in morning we were told its on no entry point and will come in an hour but after two hours we were told truck broke down and getting repaired, finally it arrived 4 hour late, which disturbed our planned schedulennMake sure to see and talk to owner in advance about payment method and truck
