Very costly and bad experience. The prices are very high. No music., Smelly rooms., Unhygienic towels. The staff doesn't listen to customer. Waste of money.

Its good place for relaxation. Therapists are professional and good. Only thing I missed was soothing music. Overall my experience was good and I would like to go here again.

We had booked an appointment at this place through the nearbuy app , the moment we called for an appointment and mentioned the details the Nepali attendant denied having a slot there. We personally visited the place that day itself to clarify the issue and instead of admitting his mistake he was very rude and insulted my husband and I . This isn't the way to welcome the visitors is it ?? The c scheme outlet really isn't worth it if your are welcomed in this manner . Hope the outlet at Vaishali Nagar doesn't disappoint us in future .
